Episode 1: Regent Theatre, Ipswich. 'The Uxbridge English Dictionary' is mentioned for the first time, as the book goes on sale. 
Episode 2: Regent Theatre, Ipswich. 'Kiss of Death' is played for the first time since s19e08. 'Sound Charades' is played with the teams acting out well-known sayings. 'Mornington Crescent' is played using a talking Sat Nav, which asks Jeremy to sing to her. 
Episode 3: Rhyl. Denis King makes his debut at the piano. The first show missed by Graeme since Series 35, and Colin since Series 30. Tony brilliantly sings 'Girlfriend in a Coma' to the tune of 'Tiptoe Through The Tulips'. 'Ready, Steady, Hells Kitchen' is the 350th different game to be played. 'Complete Proverbs' is played as 'Welsh Proverbs' with the original Welsh being read out by Gareth Owen, the theatre manager. 
Episode 4: Rhyl. Samantha's 200th show. 'Questions and Answers' is played as 'Super Nanny' with the teams answering questions on parenting. 
Episode 5: New Theatre, Oxford. 'Scrabble' is played as 'Medical Scrabble'. 'New Versions' is played with one of the team taking the role of an alien in a well-known scene. Graeme gets to do his Darth Vader impression. 
Episode 6: New Theatre, Oxford. Humph introduces Little Humph, an Assistant Chairman. 'Pick Up Song' is played for the 100th time. 'Sound Charades' is played as 'Proverbial Theatre' with the teams acting out proverbs. Little Humph shouts 'Mornington Crescent' before one of the teams can. 'Complete Quotes' gives the teams the opening line of celebrity autobiographies to complete.

Episode 2: London Palladium, Soho. The 'Uxbridge English Dictionary' round is given its proper name for the first time. Graeme sings along with 'I Whistle a Happy Tune' which he also censors at the same time. 'Questions and Answers' is played as 'Handy Hints' again. Barry mentions the 'Get-a-Life Club'. 
Episode 3: The Brighton Dome. Brighton Comedy Festival. Jon Naismith's 175th show. 
Episode 4: The Brighton Dome. Brighton Comedy Festival. 
Episode 5: Harrogate International Centre. 'Ay Up Spy' (the Yorkshire version of I-Spy) is the 125th different game played in the 2000's. 
Episode 6: Harrogate International Centre. Barry's 325th appearance.
